The Active Notification Dashboard shows any notifications that are currently active.
SQLGrease can generate notifications based on certain SQLGrease Events. Notifications can be configured to require acknowledgement. When this is done, the notification will go into an active state until the problem is resolved.
The Active Notification Dashboard lets you see when there are active notifications in SQLGrease. There are three notification severities in SQLGrease:
SQLGrease receives performance data from the customer and uses that information to produce the charts, graphs, alerting, monitoring and analytics that are the core of our services. While our collector services are not configured to transmit personal data by default, our services are flexible enough to allow customer configuration and customization to include such information if the customer wishes. In that event, we have taken steps to ensure such information continues to be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Our collectors are not designed to do so by default. Our products are focused on the performance of software, systems and applications - not individuals. By default our software sanitizes queries, deadlocks graphs, and execution plans of any customer data (i.e. non parameterized SQL, parameter compiled values). If a customer wishes to bypass this feature, it may do so. Our processing is data agnostic and automated, so all data will be processed in the same way in accordance with customer’s configuration.
SQLGrease collects personally identifiable information when you register on our site. The information collected may include, but is not limited to the following: email, name, phone, IP address, and browser information. Any comments or questions you submit may be recorded as well. Collection of information takes place at various times while navigating SQLGrease’s site and using its software, Products and Services. If questions or comments have been submitted via email or a forum on our website, personal information is collected as well.
The goal of collecting customer and viewer information is to create a friendlier and more efficient experience while working with SQLGrease. Personal information submitted at the time of registration will not be used by SQLGrease for marketing and promotion. We shall have the right to retain records of all data pertaining to use of the website including, but not limited to, usage, activity logs, and click-throughs. We will not disclose such data to third parties.
We take your privacy very seriously. None of the information that is collected by SQLGrease is rented or sold to any third parties for any purpose. We reserve the right to disclose information when required by law.
To request removal from the database, please contact us via our contact page and we will be happy to remove your information promptly. If you request that we modify or remove all of your personal information, we will promptly do so, to the extent possible. Once your personal information has been removed you will not be able to use our products or services unless you re-register.
Upon deletion of a database instance configuration performance data is immediately deleted. Data will automatically be deleted at the end of trial periods if the customer chooses not to purchase at the end of the trial period. Associated backups are deleted within 72 hours.
We may amend this policy at any time. If we are going to use personally identifiable information collected through our sites in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email and/or by posting a notice on our site for thirty (30) days prior to such use. This Privacy Policy may not be amended by you except in a writing that specifically refers to this Privacy Policy and is physically signed by both parties.
